Every quarter, one or more recent Cour de cassation decisions become a multiple-choice test, a branching case study and a podcast, published within the month following the end of the quarter. They are supplementary: the twenty-seven courses, the announced durations and the certificate remain unchanged.
Each addition is recorded, dated, with the decision behind it — so that the commitment can be checked rather than believed.

Who is the platform for?
For everyone who handles construction matters in law: lawyers and their teams, in-house counsel, claims and legal teams at insurers and builders, developers, insurance brokers, employers and project managers, as well as master's students. Whether you draft, insure, assess or litigate, the subject matter is the same — and it is that of a practitioner who argues these cases.
Is continuing legal education for lawyers covered?
Two separate schemes, neither of which is secured to date. CNB accreditation validates the hours towards your continuing-education obligation: it is being prepared. Qualiopi certification is the gateway to all funding — FIF-PL for lawyers and liberal professions, OPCO for employees: it has not yet been obtained. Until Qualiopi is granted, no funding is possible, whatever the content. Each milestone will be displayed here as soon as it is secured, with the accredited hours.
What does a team plan add compared with individual purchases?
Activation codes to distribute, a private group with collective progress tracking (who validated what, average scores), internal emulation, and a single invoice on quotation. The per-seat price decreases with volume.
Are there live sessions with Laurent Karila?
Occasionally, yes: live masterclasses (case-law updates, commented case studies) may be organised alongside the platform. They are not included in any plan: each session will be announced on the website with its programme, date and price, and licence holders will be informed first.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT (20%) is added at payment for individuals — the inclusive amount is shown under each plan. An invoice is issued automatically after each payment.
